Check-In & Check-Out

To help us provide a safe and secure environment for every child, all new families are asked to complete our New Family Form. This form allows us to collect important household and emergency contact information for each child in our care. You may complete the form when you arrive on campus, or save time by filling it out in advance using the button below.

For your child's safety, only adults listed on the child's account will be authorized to check them out. If your security tag is misplaced before pickup, a valid photo ID may be required to verify that you are an approved guardian before your child is released. Thank you for partnering with us to help keep Valley Kids a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for every family!

Sundays Only
8:30 | 10:00 | 11:30

Meet in the main building near the restrooms. If your child is currently potty-training, please take them to the restroom before checking in. If your child needs a diaper change or restroom assistance during service, the guardian listed in our system will receive a text message and be asked to assist our volunteers.

During service, children will enjoy free play with friends and age-appropriate toys, and, weather permitting, may also spend time on the playground. Afterward, we provide a snack of Cheerios and water, followed by our weekly Bible lesson and memory verse. To close out our time together, we worship through song and dance.

If your child has any allergies, please be sure to inform a volunteer during check-in so this information can be accurately updated in our system. At the end of service, please present your checkout security tag for our volunteers to scan before your child is released.

Thursdays 6:45pm and Sundays 8:30am | 10:00am | 11:30am

Meet in the Life Development Center (LDC), located on the north side of our campus. There is one check-in area near the front of the LDC building, where you can input your information to print your child’s nametag and security tag for check-out. You will also need your security tag at check-out for volunteers to release your child. We have two check-out locations: Seedlings and Saplings check-out is in the front of the LDC near the check-in area in Room 2, while Sequoias check out toward the back side of the LDC in Room 4.

If your child has allergies, please let a volunteer know and ensure it is recorded in the check-in system.

Valley Bucks are earned by bringing a Bible to service, memorizing the monthly verse, giving an offering, answering questions from the weekly Bible lessons, and participating in themed dress-up days at the end of the month. Valley Bucks can be saved and spent at the Valley Kids Store, which takes place during the last service of every month. This encourages active participation and creates a fun, team-oriented environment for kids.
