Women’s Ministries

Registration for Women’s Ministries Bible Study will begin next Sunday, August 17. The Thursday morning and evening Bible Studies will begin on Sept 4th.  Brochures and registration forms are available in the lobby at the literature kiosks.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

PROMISELAND

WOW!! Promiseland’s Soccer Ball Fundraiser for Rwanda     Missions was a great success!!  Thanks to all who contributed to the cause.  You raised over $370!

We bought the following:

20 soccer balls, 6 volleyballs

6 flash drives, 200 CD’s

Erasers, pencils, chalk and other school supplies. We know these gifts will be cherished and appreciated by those who receive them.

 
Just a reminder that there is no    K-6th Sunday School this week-end, and Aug 10 and 17.  We will resume on August 24.     NOTE: Nursery and Pre-School will continue as usual.

COMPASSION MINISTRIES

Peace Officers for Christ will be returning to New Orleans this Fall to rebuild more homes for officers of the NOPD. It has been three years since Hurricane Katrina, but many officers are still not back in their homes. We would like to again invite members of the Valley Church family to come with us for one week.
